Centennial Yards is Downtown Atlanta’s most ambitious undertaking since the 1996 Olympic Games. One of the driving forces behind this development is ‘96 Gold Medalist and NBA Hall of Famer Grant Hill, who is a co-owner of the Atlanta Hawks. Grant and his partner Tony Ressler embody the impact that a sports franchise can have on a region. But building this massive complex over active railyards at the heart of the old city is no easy task.
